Rub the zipper with dish soap or other grease

If your zipper is still stuck, you may have a problem with your teeth. Over time, the zipper teeth bend, which can cause the zipper to jam or prevent toothing. In this case, it makes no sense to apply lubrication. First, you will need to check the area to make sure there are no pieces of fabric on the way. If extra tooth fiber is not a problem, it’s time to have your teeth repaired.
Correct the crooked teeth with pliers
Pliers are usually the best solution for correcting crooked teeth, as they provide enough grip and strength to do the job. Grasp the crooked teeth with pliers and hold them until they return to their original position. Be careful when using pliers, because too much force will pull the tooth completely.
Another common problem you may face is the backpack’s sliding zipper. Sometimes the slider may fall out completely or they may not even bite their teeth. Unfortunately, you may need to replace the entire slider to use the backpack.
Attach a new slider
If the slider is broken and cannot be attached to the teeth properly, you will need to cut out the broken slider and replace it with a new one. The easiest way is to buy a zipper replacement kit to make sure you have all the moving parts to replace the slider. If the kit cannot be purchased, you must take the old slider yourself.
